The MAXAM Event Center is a multi-award winning venue currently operated by THE WATERHOUSE INC.! While we do still have some dates available, THE WATERHOUSE will end its 20 year run as the operator of a banquet venue at the end of October 2022. At this time, there is not another operator planned to take over, so we are NOT considering any bookings after October 2022.

“The Ballroom” is an elegant banquet space that includes some great bonuses such as an indoor balcony with urban downtown views through the glass atrium and an outdoor balcony with a beautiful view of the Illinois River. Catering provided by one of our pre-approved caterers: Barracks, Catering Peoria, Childers, Cracked Pepper, or Tongue & Cheek Catering.
